Application Requirements
አካዳሚያዊ ብቃት/ የትምህርት ዝግጅት
- በ2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት አመራርነት 10 አመትና በላይ ልምድ ያላው/ያላት
- በትምህርት ቤት አመራርነት ሙያ 2ኛ ዲግሪ እና በላይ የትምህርት ዝግጅት ያላው/ያላት
- በትምህርት ቤት አመራርነነት የሙያ ፍቃድ አሰጣጥ እና እድሳት ተመዝኖ ሰርትፍኬት ያለው/ያላት
- የክረምት ልዩ የመምህራንና ትምህርት ቤት አመራሮች የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠናን ተከታትሎ/ላ ሰርትፍኬት ያላቸው
- የአንድ አመት የሁለተና ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት አመራሮች የስራ ላይ ስልጠና የወሰደና የምስክር ወረቀት ያለው/ያላት
- መሰረታዊ የቴክኖሎጂ አጠቃቀም እውቀትና ክህሎት ያለው/ያላት
ስነ ምግባር
- የሚመደቡበትን ማህበረሰብ እሴት፣ ባህል እና ቋንቋ የሚያከብሩ፣ በስነ ምግባራቸው አርአያ የሆኑ
- ከተለያዩ ሱሶች ነፃ የሆኑ
- ከማንኛውም የወንጀል ድርጊት ነፃ የሆኑ እና ለዚህም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ የሚችሉ
ከዚህ በተጨማሪም: ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር በሚመድባቸው ቦታ እና ሁኔታ ለመስራት የሚችሉ መሆን ይጠበቅባቸዋል።
